Jenn and Jori’s wedding is next year and our Calgary engagement session got me SO excited for it! It was a smokey day, but we embraced the moody feel. Due to the fact that Jenn’s makeup was running a little behind, we infused the session with lots of energy! We quickly switched between poses, which lead to loads of fun, laughter filled pictures. It was one surefire way to break the ice for us! Later on, their puppy Millie joined in on the fun. Millie is a high energy pup, and treats were the key to success here! Jenn and Jori also had a few friends tag along to help watch her behind the scenes. If you have a dog, please note: They are welcome to join! But come prepared! Jenn is originally from Quebec. She grew up in Ontario and ended up in Calgary, where she met Jori on tinder. On the other hand, Jori grew up in Calgary and had fun showing Jenn the in’s and out’s of the city. Their first date consisted of laser tagging- SO FUN! After three years of taking trips together, roller blading and hiking, he finally popped the question. He chose to do it during his resignation speech as a fourth degree black belt taekwondo teacher. Jenn and Jori are planning to incorporate that special, sporty proposal into their wedding in a unique way!
