Silver Lake, Hope, Engagement Photo Session.

Back in July, I received this lovely, and vulnerable message from Kale. As a BC Photographer, I was dying to capture Hope and all of its beauty. Immediately, I was excited to work with him and Lauren!

“I met Lauren and her family in Mexico Dec 2017. I was there with a couple of friends and we ended up hanging out with her family the entire week. After respectfully chasing Lauren around for a week, I had told her what I thought. That she was the most amazing girl I have met and that I had to see her again.

She lived in Cochrane AB and had her flights booked for a year in Australia when we met. I was living in Hope and she just so happened to have a 6 hour lay over in Vancouver. I planned us a quick date during her layover. Without even thinking booked us 2 tickets to Italy for February(this was my move). After spending the most amazing week together we continue our long distance through FaceTime until October, almost a year later.

We now live together in Hope BC with our beautiful 11 month old golden retriever named Rowie.

Lauren is a beautiful, kind, nature and animal lover who will regularly help snails cross the trails on our walks. We know tons of beautiful “secret gems” in and around the Hope area. Lauren and I would love to spend the afternoon taking photos with you.”
