The couple, at the Coast Victoria Hotel and Marina. Mana’s hair and makeup was by Sadaf at Sobiyaz Beauty. I loved how the natural looking eye makeup made her eyes pop!

Mana and Ahmad met at UVic on a Karaoke night. Ahmad sang that night and they instantly fell in love. One year later, they moved from Victoria to Vancouver. In doing so, Mana went to her dream university and Ahmad started his career.

The year before their wedding on July 22nd he proposed with a beautiful ring. To celebrate afterwards they went to the beach. Despite now living in Vancouver, the two have a special place in their hearts for Victoria. It seemed only fitting to tie the knot over looking the inner harbour downtown.

They both love the ocean. Instead of an engagement session, the two opted for a trash the dress session. These sessions are so much fun! After your wedding, we go to a special location, your choice! And take one of a kind photographs. In the process, the dress gets messy, but boy, is it worth it!

The following day, Mana and Ahmad chose to do a trash the dress session at sunset. I highly recommend this to anyone not wanting to sell their gown. You get a ton more portraits, taking stress off of your big day and giving you freedom to choose any location of your choice. And get some amazing and unique photos while you’re at it!
