Do you take payment plans?

To secure your date, a 30% booking fee and signed contract are required. The remaining balance can be split into flexible payment options, including monthly or quarterly installments. For added flexibility, payments can extend past your wedding day, though the final gallery will be delivered only upon full payment.

What happens if you can’t make it due to illness or tragedy?

While this has never happened before, we always have a backup plan in place—just in case. In the unlikely event that your photographer is unable to be there due to serious illness or tragedy, we pay for a different team member to travel out for your date.

Additionally, I have a trusted network of experienced photographers I can call on who share my style and values in the case that our team isn’t available or can’t make the trip due to it being a last minute illness. I’ll ensure that someone qualified and capable steps in so your day is still documented with the same care and intention, at no additional cost to you. I’ll also still edit the final gallery to maintain consistency with the look and feel you booked me for. Your memories are too important to leave to chance, and we take that responsibility to heart.

Do you offer engagement sessions?

Yes! Engagement sessions are a great way for us to get to know each other before the big day, and they help you feel more comfortable in front of the camera. Engagement sessions book with a wedding package are discounted.

How many images will we receive, and how are they delivered?

You’ll receive a curated gallery of fully edited, high-resolution images via a private online gallery. We guarantee 60 images per hour, but usually deliver closer to 100 images per hour of coverage.

Do you travel for weddings or elopements?

Absolutely! Whether you’re getting married in Victoria, BC, across Canada, or planning a destination elopement, we’re happy to travel with you. We offer fair travel pricing, to reflect our desire to see the world and be as affordable to you as possible.

How long does it take to receive our wedding photos?

You’ll get sneak peeks within 72 hours, and your full gallery is delivered within 5 weeks, or get your money back. Our Basic Package is an exception, getting your sneak peeks within 7 days, and your full gallery within 12 weeks, also guaranteed. This is to make our Basic Package more affordable for clients on a budget.

Do you have backup equipment and liability insurance?

Yes, we shoot with professional equipment and always bring backups. Our company also fully insured for peace of mind and wedding venue attendance.

What happens if it rains on our wedding day?

We offer a weather guarantee on all packages except our Basic Package. This means that if we can’t get the portraits that we want due to weather, you can redeem a free 60 minute session with an available team member after your wedding date. For the most part, we embrace the West Coast vibes! Rainy weddings can be incredibly romantic and moody. Our gear is weather sealed and we’ll guide you through the best lighting and location options to still get amazing photos.
