This stormy engagement session is seriously one for the books!

The weather said it was due to rain that day, but it was sunny and bright all morning! Cue Graeme and Teresa’s session… absolute down pour! It was the funniest thing, right before their mini session started, we saw this wall of rain come towards us over the ocean. The wind picked up and it was raining sideways! And just as soon as the storm came, it left again!

Thankfully we got some calm weather at the end of their session and found a little bit of shelter in the trees.

This blanket photographed in the later photos, has been travelling with these two for years! They bartered with the seller, who kept insisting that it was a tablecloth, NOT a blanket. But tablecloth or not, these two have made it a blanket and brought it along backpacking and camping!

I love it when couples bring something with meaning to their session. There’s nothing like capturing it in a photo to save the item forever.
